ER (short for Everything Random or EverythingRandom) is Troy Bottoroff's alter ego who appeared on some of his Scratch projects, some episodes from The Adventures of BD and every episode of T.A.O.E.R.A.F. and T.N.A.O.E.R.A.F. He is a Scratch Cat recolor. He switched to a vector character a few projects after he returned to Scratch with royalty.
